If you do not have the .3dm render file on hand, please contact our CAD design service department for advice.
We will reply to you within 48 hours and send information about the estimated price and time to complete the project.
If our service price offer is accepted, we require prepayment of the total amount and offer the secured credit card payment option with Stripe.
After completing the payment transaction, we will confirm receipt of payment by email and start the project according to our offer.
We will keep you constantly posted about the project status and let you know once the project is complete and ready for review.
For the final review process of the project, we will send you the original render images in your requested views, along with some final information.
If, after the review, the project results are satisfactory and approved, we will e-mail the new photo render file(s) in size and the format which has been ordered.
